History: The company Kronester was founded in 1906 as a family business, by Johann Kronester (1860-1953), his father-in-law and brother-in-law. In the first years they mainly produced budget porcelain. In 1910 they also started with a children's service which was rare at that time. After the Second World War, the factory concentrated mainly on tableware.
