The items in our store can be in two different stockists, one in Porto, Portugal and other in Den Haag, The Netherlands.
You can find out where is the item of your choice by checking the last item of the description of the product.
The items can be hand picked on the locations of our stockists. If you choose to pick it up yourself, you only have the cost of the product you bought, no extra costs added. You need to send us a message in the website or via email (email@example.com) in order to arrange the pick up.
Products bought in Portugal or the Netherlands will be shipped using national post companies (CTT or Post NL). The costs of the shipment will depend of the weight and size and will be given to you after the checkout with your chosen delivery and details.
Products bought in other European countries will have the shipping costs calculated depending on the service that best suits you from our range of options.
Since the objects in our shop are unique pieces and the experience of purchasing them is different from a normal shop you can always contact us and we will arrange together with you the best way to deliver the products.

We are now officially shipping worldwide. Be aware that any customs fees are responsibility of the receiver.
Usually we take 1-3 business days to process your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your product was sent, with track and trace code.
We send worldwide and we do our best to wrap our products carefully. However, we take no responsibility for damages during the shipping process. Please be aware of this in case you buy a fragile product.
